Use of This Website
The information on chefmod.com is provided for general information about ChefMod’s procurement, purchasing and back-office services for restaurant operators. Prices and quotes shown through our quote builder are estimates until confirmed in a signed ChefMod Member Agreement. ChefMod membership is governed by the Member Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means without our permission.
SMS Terms
Program
ChefMod sends text messages to restaurant owners and managers who request a quote, submit a contact form, or book a meeting on chefmod.com and check the SMS consent box. Messages follow up on your quote or inquiry, answer questions about ChefMod’s services, and schedule and remind you of meetings with our team. Messages may be sent by ChefMod’s AI assistant, Sous, on behalf of our team.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. By checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from ChefMod at the number you provided.
Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from ChefMod. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
